Do you Ship Internationally ?
Typically, Freight costs make shipping internationally too expensive to make financial sense.
We ship across the country regularly and have an exceptional network of freight carriers we deal with often.
We have shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam and still been able to make project costs pencil for our customers so if you have a need for something off continent, please call or email with your information and we will make every effort to meet your shipping needs.

Once an order is in the system, we will assign a sales person who will answer all your questions and help you any way we can throughout the process.
How do I track my order ?
After and order has been shipped a tracking number, based on who the shipping vendor selected is, will be assigned and sent to you via email .
How can I cancel or change my order ?
Most orders for furniture are non cancelable, however, every situations is different and should you need to change or cancel an order, MBK will evaluate where the order is in the process, and make every effort to accommodate you according to your specific needs.
How can I return a product
Returns are handled on a case by case basis.
How long will it take to get my package ?
Lead times vary between orders based on many different variables such as whether the furniture is New in stock, Used As-Is, Refurbished, and distance from the point of shipment and the destination.
What Shipping methods are available ?
MBK Used any and all shipping methods available including our own trucks for local deliveries, Independent Truck Freight, LTL, UPS, Fedex, Etc.
Do you provide any warranty ?
All products include either Factory Warrenty based on each manufacturer, MBK Referbished Product includes a Minimum of 1 year Labor and materials depending on how much of the order was New or used “as-is” product. MBK Values all of our customers and will evaluate the situation on a case by case basis and will stand behind the products we sell and will do our best to stand behind the quality of your furniture regardless of how long its after the standard warranty may have expired.
Do you have replacement guarantee ?
Again, depending on the situation, MBK will evaluate each claim and do our best to resolve the problem based on options available from the manufacturer, distance, and age of the product sold.
