We hold several contracting licenses including D34 (Prefabricated Equipment), and B1 (General Contractor). A good customer of ours needed private offices and knew we were a general contractor so they sought our advice services on building a private office. We looked at the job and advised them that building a modular office is not only more cost effective, but that they can take it with them if they ever leave that facility. Since then, we’ve done quite a few modular offices.
